Instant Deck AI is a fully digital, cloud-hosted software service delivered through your web browser at www.instantdeckai.com. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no postage. References to “shipping” or “delivery” in payment-processor forms refer solely to electronic provisioning of the service.

Access is provisioned instantly. Specifically:

• Free tier. Available the moment you create an account at /auth/signup.
• Paid subscription. Plan benefits unlock as soon as the payment is captured by Stripe and the corresponding webhook is processed by our servers — typically within seconds. You will see your plan reflected on your profile page.
• AI image credit packs. Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment.

If you do not see your plan or credits within 10 minutes of payment, email support@vendaxsystemlabs.com with your invoice number and we will reconcile manually.

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime measured at the application level. The Service is hosted on Google Cloud / Vercel infrastructure with global edge delivery. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance via in-product notice.

Decks you create can be downloaded as native PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF files at any time. Files are generated on-demand and streamed to your browser. There is no separate shipping, courier, or postal step.

If you experience trouble logging in or accessing paid features after a successful payment, please:

1. refresh the page and check /profile to confirm your plan;
2. verify the email used for sign-in matches the email on your invoice;
3. email support@vendaxsystemlabs.com with your invoice number; we typically respond within one business day.
