We want you to be confident in your subscription. Vendax Systems LLC offers a money-back guarantee for new paid plans, honors cancel-any-time billing, and respects statutory refund rights granted to consumers under regional law.

This Policy applies to direct purchases made through www.instantdeckai.comvia our payment processor (Stripe). Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another reseller are subject to that platform’s refund rules.

You may request a full refund of your first paid subscription payment within 14 calendar days of the charge, for any reason. The 14 days run from the date the first invoice is paid.

• Available for new subscriptions only — not for renewal charges.
• Includes both monthly and annual plans.
• Once refunded, your account reverts to the free tier.

Email support@vendaxsystemlabs.comfrom the email address on your account with subject line “Refund request” and we will process the refund within five (5) business days.

Subscription fees become non-refundable after the 14-day window. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. You can cancel at any time from your profile or from the Stripe billing portal we link to there.

For annual plans, we will pro-rate refunds for unused full months on a case-by-case basis when there are exceptional circumstances — contact support@vendaxsystemlabs.com.

We do not seek to displace any non-waivable rights granted to you under your local consumer-protection law. In particular:

• European Economic Area / United Kingdom. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. By starting a subscription you expressly request immediate access; if you withdraw before the period ends, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid amount.
• Australia. Our Service comes with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You may be entitled to a refund or replacement for major failures.
• India. Refunds are processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable RBI / payment processor rules.
• California. California residents on a monthly plan may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

AI image credit packs (10 / 50 / 200 credits) are one-time, non-refundable purchases once any credit from the pack has been used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via Stripe. Card refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not refund to a different card, bank account, or wallet.

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at support@vendaxsystemlabs.com first — we will resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback while support is unresolved may result in account suspension.
